If you are running late or just fancy a morning shake full of protein this might be the perfect protein shake for you.
- 1 Scoop Rice Protein or Pea Protein
- 1 Banana
- 1/2 Cup of almond, soya or coconut milk
- Some almonds for the crunchy feeling
- Some ice if you like drinking it cold
Blend all of them together and enjoy, I usually add the powder last thing cause it sticks to the edges and doesn’t blend.
