“An error has occurred. Please try again later” is displayed when the user attempts to login to BlackBerry App World
When attempting to login to BlackBerry® App World™ storefront, the following error is displayed:

Ensure that the date/time settings on the BlackBerry smartphone are set to the correct date, time, and time zone. If the date or time is set ahead of your currently detected time zone, the error will occur.
Note: When travelling it may be necessary to change the time zone manually depending on the device settings.
If the date/time on your PC is incorrect and the BlackBerry® Desktop Software is configured to automatically synchronise the date/time to the BlackBerry smartphone, this will cause the settings on the device to be incorrect which will cause the log in error. Ensure that the time on the PC is correct, including any settings for Daylight Savings.
