2 - Mix one teaspoon of honey with half a teaspoon of cinnamon.
3 - Boil a cup of water with the paste you just created inside of it, i prefer boiling water then adding it to the paste, which ever is easer for you do it, the important thing here is to split this into 2 half cups and let it brew for a while.
4 - Drink 1 half cup before your breakfast by half an hour and the other half before bed by an hour or half an hour.
Note that you can’t be eating fatty stuff and drinking this to loose weight, it is not a magic drug, it just helps in the process if you are following a good nutrition plan.
