Weight Loss Recipe with Honey and Cinnamon

Honey and Cinnamon weight loss recipe to aid your weight loss process? a lot of people who regularly drink honey and cinnamon say it helped them in their weight loss process, consumption of honey can also reduce the risk of heart diseases and your cholesterol level.

It can also help your veins and arteries regain their flexibility. Honey and cinnamon are also appears to help you stop hair loss.

Ok so how do i do it?

Here are the steps

1 – You will need good pure honey and plain cinnamon (powder).

2 – Mix one teaspoon of honey with half a teaspoon of cinnamon.

3 – Boil a cup of water with the paste you just created inside of it, i prefer boiling water then adding it to the paste, which ever is easer for you do it, the important thing here is to split this into 2 half cups and let it brew for a while.

4 – Drink 1 half cup before your breakfast by half an hour and the other half before bed by an hour or half an hour.

Note that you can’t be eating fatty stuff and drinking this to loose weight, it is not a magic drug, it just helps a little bit in the process if you are following a good nutrition plan.

The cinnamon I used is Kirkland Signature Ground Saigon Cinnamon 303g
