How well it mixes: 9 out of 10. One of the better mixing proteins I have used. Dosage: I made two shakes a day, 1 scoop a piece. — Training Days: 1 upon waking and 1 immediately after lifting. — Non-Training Days: 1 upon waking and 1 before I bed Results: I used this product for about 15 days(I had old protein to finish.) toward the end of my “bulking” period. I managed to gain 3 lbs(average of what I weighted day to day) which I maintained after a two week rest. Extras: I would mix 5 grams of glutamine.
