  1. I always wondered why I didn’t feel much of a soreness on my chest… turns out my flies were all wrong; exactly like your example. Yesterday was chest-day n I can feel the soreness today. Thanks for the tip!

  3. Maybe try dumbbell flys? idk i don’t like them as much but idk you can try them maybe you will like them.
