Fries, Lemon, Salt & Rosemary

Sometimes when you are just sitting there you crave junk food, what if i told you that you can create junk food like fries at home but with a better twist? well we found this great recipe at alexandra’s kitchen so we thought lets share it with all of you.

Ingredients

zest of one lemon
4 tablespoons sea salt
sunflower oil
1 3/4 lb. potatoes, peeled and sliced
few sprigs of rosemary

      bash together the lemon zest and salt until salt is flavored, colored, and fine
      Heat 2 to 3 inches of oil in a sturdy
      start frying the potatoes in small batches
      Add the rosemary for the last 30 seconds
      Remove the potatoes and rosemary to the paper towels to soak up any excess oil
      add lemon salt
