3 Ways to Get the Body That You Want in Less Than an Hour

Can you really get the body you’ve wanted for so long in less than an hour? The answer is a resounding no. In fact, even if you go through surgical and non-invasive procedures, it will still be impossible to do so. However, you can spend 20 to 45 minutes to build that body. What’s more, if you will just make it a habit, you will not only be sexy, but totally healthy.

Exercise Routines that You Can Do for a Short Time

There are a lot of exercises that you can do at home, and certainly, there are plenty of routines that don’t have to eat up your precious time. All you need to do is to make sure that you can spare at least an hour of your daily schedule for simple workouts. You can start with the following:

1. Abs workout. Men will always be obsessed with abs. If you have six-packs, it means that you’re a health buff, sexy, and totally confident of yourself. Fortunately, there are a number of abs routines that you can do right at your own home and less than 30 minutes. For one, you can do 10 sets of crunches, each comprised of 3 repetitions. You can also do the bicycle, obliques, and V stand. Keep in mind that the goal here is to keep the abs firmer. You don’t have to do the sets very fast. What’s important is that your movements are very controlled and highly concentrated on the abdomen.

2. Endurance Workout. This is especially important when you’re getting old. There’s a tendency that you will easily get tired over simple movements. With these types of workouts, you can strengthen the power of the lungs and the heart. You can also exercise your heart to make sure that it’s prepared for any kind of strenuous activities. One of the most fun things to do when it comes to your endurance routines is jogging or brisk walking. You can do this around your neighborhood for at least 20 minutes every day and during the morning. This way, you can start the day right. You can also opt to enjoy the sceneries by talking a walk or jog in the park. However, if you don’t feel like going outside or the weather is not perfect for such exercises, you can make use of the good old treadmill. You can also practice jogging in place.

3. Weights Training. If it’s not the abdomen, then it’s definitely the muscles. Men would certainly look a lot sexier if they can wear those tight shirts over large biceps, triceps, chests, and very broad shoulders. But these can only be achieved through the use of weights. Usually, a barbell is used. You can grab a pair, or you can simply use one. Nevertheless, to ensure that the development of your arms is similar, do the same sets and repetitions for every one of them. You also have to consider the weight that is suitable to you. Make sure that the weights are not too light that the routines are so easy or too heavy that they want you to give up immediately. You can do 10 sets of 3 repetitions with the weights.
