Eat the real deal

Eat the real fruit rather than drinking the juice.
If you you have a cup of juice with your breakfast in the morning replace it with a real whole fruit to get all the good fiber that the juice lacks and it has less calories than that’s in the juice.

Going for an apple or a cup of berries not only does it have fibers but it has good vitamins and minerals for your body, it’ll also keep you full for a longer period.
