Instead of sitting on your coutch during a tv commercial break you can do a ten reps of any exercise you like, this will help you stay active and help you loose some exra weight. I know it’s easier said than done but you gotta loose those extra pounds some day.

Some of the exercises that you can do:

  • push-ups
  • sit-ups
  • lying leg raises
  • lunges
  • squats

This will help you raise up your metabolic rate and kick off some extra calories, the more you do the more you burn so its up to you how many comercial breaks you will keep doing it.
