Men are usually out of their home for most of the time. They may be working for more than 10 hours a day or during the weekends, you will find them together with the boys. Saturdays and Sundays may be about golf with business partners or even a vacation with the family is often mixed with business meetings among others stuff.
So how often do men stay at home? Hardly? but then there are a lot of good reasons why you should. Let’s star with the following:
1. You can spend more time with you loved ones. Do you know that one of the biggest reasons why couples divorce is because they don’t have much time for each other? It becomes more complicated when they stop talking. Staying more at home especially during your day-offs can be family saver. You can set up barbecue with your wife and kids, play in the backyard or juts watch your favorite shows. When your loved ones feel that you’re giving them some attention they will feel more loved.
2. You can give yourself a chance to relax. Just imagine working for more than 8 hours a day and going gym 4 days a week, when the weekend comes you certainly would want to relax and have some quality time. It’ll be a money saver and headache free.
3. Staying at home helps you save tons. When you go out you will have to pay for food and drink. If you want to watch a movie, you will spend a couple more, if you buy some snacks or grab a coffee afterward it’ll add up. All in all, you may be spending a hundred dollars when you can already set it aside for something more important. I’m not saying don’t go out at all, just be smart about it and plan ahead.
4. You can have more privacy. Are you a health buff? There are already a lot of ways on how you can stay healthy even if you are not a gym person. There are already countless portable exercise equipment that you can set up in your garage or even in your living room, you can get one of those equipments and try to do some light exercises when you have some time.
You see, you can still be a man without really spending so much of your time outside.
